Boiler replacement and system change to unvented

Hello,

Can anyone tell me whether a quote of £4900 for essentially replacing a boiler and moving to an unvented system is fair. The plumber provided quite a detailed list of the work which was good of him:

- Drain down Central Heating system
- Remove old boiler
- Fit new Vaillant Eco Tech Plus Heat Only 24Kw Boiler (10 Year Warranty)
- run condensate pipe to waste under sink
- Fit Horizontal Flue
- Fit Central Heating Filter
- Seal System with 18 Liter Expansion vessel kit, run safety pipe to outside
- Fit Automatic Bypass (as per manufacturer)
- Power Flush Central Heating System
- Run water pipe from stopcock to airing cupboard
- Fit Unvented Cylinder
- Run safety discharge to outside, ground level
- Alter Pipework in Airing cupboard
- Fit new zone Valves
- Re wire Heating and Hot water system
- Wire in Hive smart Thermostat
- Fill System and test
- Inhibit system
- Make good where possible

Many thanks in advance
