Bubbs, I need to lose 30% of my body weight.
Forget the 10kg that NHS Lifestyle suggested I lose by August today - I need and intend to lose 30kg+ by July 27th.

The bottle of Merlot tonight hasn't helped either ...

Amazing will power bubbs, something that I lack.
I give in so easy .

Are you sure those e cigs are safe, it amazes me how much 'steam' they give out!
Only saying as I'm sure they must be safer than smoking.
My dad smoked Park Drive dreadful thinking about smoke at home when we were young.

Smoking was the norm in the 70's totally put me off, thank goodness. I don't know how people can afford it either.
