Terrible week for me...only 35.43 miles....it would not have been that much if I had not got up at 7.30am this morning to go out for a walk. I have not been lazy, just had to help my husband with renovation work on our home....you dont get many steps in sourcing materials, arranging deliveries, or crawling about the loft helping to run cables. Lets hope for a better week next weekKeep Moving 2018 challenge.
January....
Week 1-4 total 159.44 miles
Week 5.... 41.66 miles

I didn't do so well this week, hit my target, but only as I did go or a long walk one day and it raised it up, daily target wise I haven't done so well. New week today though and I'll try and get it up again0

Well that's the first month done :T
My numbers for January are as follows:
Distance - 341.2miles
Ascent - 16,594ft
Energy - 50,600kcal
Biggest day - 13.86miles
smallest day - 9.41miles0 -
This weeks fitbit report tells me I did 46.51 miles.
I did loads at the weekend and made no extra effort through the week. Seems I have to put effort in all the week to get over 50 miles.
Did anyone just watch the Michael Mosley program on fitness?
Very interesting and changed my perceptions on a lot of things, one of which was running.
I'm reasonably fit but never done any running partly because I think it puts a lot of strain on knees. Might have to see if I can incorporate a bit into life. Would rack up the steps quicker.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600
