still confusing though - i dont have more than 18 children and im certain i only have one husband lol. like i say i called them and told them about our change in circs on sunday. all details they had for last year are correct.

I wonder if you can call them before you get your renewal pack?

I received a letter back in 2008 from the compliance team, and they checked all my claim back then, so I still really cannot understand this letter.

I received a letter today and called main office twice as cant understand whats going on. I have always provided the correct info over the last 10 years. I dont like the fact they cannot tell you what it about and have said wait for the renewal pack which should be sent between now and june. I am in a position now to provide them with the info they require so whats the wait for?. Number on letter keeps ringing

My only changes in my circumstance is that I have had a baby and my salary went down. I informed them of both the changes.

Its a different team, but the paper is the same. I have had three investigations lately and they are all in this coloured paper. I know that sounds silly but I am wondering if one has sparked the other. Compliance only usually get involved once a renewal has happened not normally before. This is a HMRC office not normally used for tax credits.

I have not had my renewal pack but when I do I will ring them and post a reply on here. Maybe others could do the same. Lets hope we dont have to wait long.

i had a letter from the compliance team last year and all they did was check the details of my claim - it was all correct though so dont know why ive got this one. im capable of filling in a form and signing it thank you very much. Like I said i called them on sunday with the info because my hubby has been made redundant and the advisor never mentioned anything about this on the phone.
