  • Well, I had to go out as I had finished the milk. After all, a woman can not live without a mug of tea.

I thought I was a bit better but whilst out I couldn't decide on passing out or being sick. Then of course I started panicking which made it even worse.

However now home and tucked up with mugs of tea. Feeling much more in control but whatever I've got, it is really rather annoying.

I have a problem in the garden and I think its down to the squirrels. I noticed that there were no fat balls in the feeder for the second time in two days so I refilled it. This morning, empty again. How the hell are they emptying it without knocking it off the tree? A squirrel conundrum.

At least I have already achieved 11 NSDs in January.

I'm waiting for a delivery of magnesium flakes. I read somewhere they can be used in baths to give some relief to aches and pains. I am willing to try anything to get me back on the road to recovery.

Take care everyone, thanks for popping by
    Pauline

Sending get well wishes. Well done for getting out for the essential stuff but I'm sorry you felt so ill.

I have Epsom salts for the bath, which I think are essentially magnesium. I only tried them the other day for the first time and didn't get too achy after going running, but I'm still new to them. Hope it helps you! I believe magnesium deficiency is quite common.
