Hi All,
I am looking for some advice as to which funds I should invest my pension.
I have one previous pension worth £3689 with Aegon which is in the proccess of being transfered to Standard Life.
My current Stand Life pension is currently at £14472.20 invested in the Standard Life Passive Plus V Pension Fund. I changed to this from the standard Passive Plus III Pension Fund with a view to increase the risk and hopefuly see better returns. I am 31 so have many years ahead to invest.
I recently completed an online risk analysis with our companies pension adviser which gave me a risk rating of 7 out of 7.
Based on this they have recomended I switch to the following funds. Does anyone have any thoughts as to whether this is a good move?
SL Blackrock Aquila Connect World ex-UK Equity Pension - 84%
SL Vanguard FTSE UK All Share Index Pension - 7%
SL Vanguard Emerging Markets Stock Index Pension - 9%
American Equities 53%
European ex-UK Equities 16%
UK Equities 7%
Japan Equities 9%
Global emerging markets 9%
Pacific Ex Japan Equities 6%
Thanks!

Have you read the information sheets for each fund? Do they meet your risk tolerance?0

These are all fine passive index funds and the allocation pretty much matches the MCSI world index0

Thanks for the replies.
I'm happy with a high level of risk with the hope that this will pay off in the long term.
I am however also invested in VLS 100 for my ISA so unsure whether it's smart to have all my investments in high risk funds.0
