    Oh i only had fresh fruit at breakfast-you could of had full english but i cant eat it. I am struggling to swallow. But took ds 1 mini box of coco pops to have in caravan in half term :) will get another box tomorrow for friends little girl whos coming with us to have :)

    Spent £7 on arcade games for ds

    £2 on tampax

    £1 1/2 towards car park

    So not to bad. Ds loved the arcades beach was cold. I walked 9000 steps only second time thus year ive gine over 6000

    Had same breakfast ay hotel.

    Bought ds a birthday cake for next week-£13 and some bagels for £1 for lunch next week

    Well done on walking. It is cold by me and my lodger has been jogging about 16 miles three times a week by the beach. I applaud you both I cant bear to leave the house when it is chilly.

    ^^ well done on the jogging loving 16 miles is fantastic.

    Me ME/CFS is bad today only done 3000 steps i am exhausted but cant skeep. I am also so cold.

    Took dog food i bought for £8 other week to animal shelter shop today. Bought a £3 coat from there.

    Also spent £1.90 on sausages for DS

    Was discharged from crisis tean today.

    Paid out £700 for insurance but got no email to say its gone through grr-so super stressed. Because of my medicsl conditions makes it so exspensive.

    Played parts of jurrasic world with DS.

    Oh got £20 back on 2 single duvets i bough before ex wanted a divorce.

    3000 steps is great. Glad you have been discharged.

    Ps I didn't jog for 16 miles my lodger did. I am soooo lazy Im just comfort eating in the winter but will jog when it gets warmer.

    8000 steps today. I went for walk with my carer

    Spent £15 on food for me-should be enough till fri and got DS tea

    £14 on tickets for 80/90 night

    My car insurance did go through well. Starts fri. Think because i get pip. Tax is paid but got to check paperwork
