    3/14 for me please

( although the 14 is going to drop as I was sick )

Found a new lunch menu - toasted sandwich. Make it, stick it in the toaster bag and use the toaster in work. Why I never thought of it before I don't know. A toasted sandwich is so much nicer then a cold one

    3/14 so far!

Monday, had some leftover thai green curry
    Tuesday, had a sandwich
Wednesday, persuaded my partner to make a bean salad for us both!

Now the trick will be tomorrow because we are both out this evening.

8/20 today please, all food eaten from weekend so today it's Firecracker Chicken Wings. Shop bought spicy wings with a little extra spice thrown in for good measure!

If anyone fancies blowing the top of their head off, google "2nd assault hot sauce".

    I can verify it's intensity.

  • Managed to bring my own lunch yesterday to get me up to 5. Had to pop into the shop for some bread & fruit today while at work but stopped myself from buying anything else or any pre-made stuff.

I'm starting an Atkins type of weight loss plan today so the meals will be mostly meat and veg based for a few weeks.

Todays it's hard boiled eggs and chicken for lunch. Boring!

Well this week I've brought some more meals that were made over the weekend. It's going to be a combination of:

    Lamb chops
Handmade burgers with red chillies and chorizo
    low carb chilli con carne
    Beef olives with stewed veg

I have a few portions of each so will mix and match lunches and dinners!

    Cheers :)
