my daughter has just turned 16 and wants to open an ISA account, the best interest rates are the online ones but the starting age for them is 18 The over the counter accounts dont have the same good rates. Can anyone suggest an ISA that a 16 year old can have that has a good rate.

Kent Reliance BS - Direct Mini Cash ISA pays 4.96% and allows 16 year olds

No notice for withdrawal and starts from £1.
