    I've done well today.
    Loads of water, loads of salad and veg.
    Nothing naughty has passed my lips today and I feel better for it.
    Hope it's the same tomorrow.

    Tonight's tea was a stir fry. Had porridge this morning but I added fruit to it once it had cooked ...not sure why but it was awful. Going to have porridge again tomorrow but not with fruit
