New TSB Card and Pin mumber arrive same day near identical envelopes

Options
I ordered a new TSB Visa card the other day which arrived in the most this morning.

Alongside it, in a very similar envelope was my PIN number

Surely Banks shouldn't send cards and pin numbers out on the same day like this?

They probably didn't. Just because they arrived on the same day doesn't mean they were sent on the same day.

(I'm not sure why being in identical-looking envelopes is an issue?)

One says TSBENV on it and was obviously a card.
The other arrived with it in very similar envelope which was obviously a pin number.

Literally nothing happened. And you still come on here complaining.

What the heck does TSBENV have to do with anything, It's not exactly hard to feel that the envelope has a card in it.

Have you lost any money = NO
Have your details been compromised = NO
Did you get your card and pin quick = YES.

    Stop complaining!

My TSB Platinum Mastercard arrived the same day as the PIN, both pretty useless without the activation taking place over the phone unless you are really unlucky and have had your details compromised.
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

I find its normal for PI numbers and cards to arrive in the same post - yesterday I had my Bank of Scotland card and PIN turn up in the same post, as well as my new Santander credit card and PIN
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

I've also noticed my TSB card is a very similar colour to my Co Op membership card which can be very confusing.
Should the TSB make their cards a darker shade of blue?

If you're not happy with cards and PINs arriving at the same time don't do as I did and apply for 4 current accounts in one weekend. Lots of cards and PINs in the following Friday's post. Then you've got to match the right PIN the the right BOS Debit card which all look the same.

Maybe paint your card a more suitable colour?
