Cahoot Webcard?

Does anyone use one of these for buying on the net?

Apparantly it is really secure, as it generates a new number for every transaction online, therefore reducing the chance of fraud.

I had a bad experience with being ripped off on a card used on the net so I am really wary of using any credit card online.
