Hi everyone, long time no see! I do occasionally pop in and read what you're all up to but I miss the chatting about beauty products so have decided to join in again this year. I still have a body care / skin care stash that is under control and I haven't bought any new makeup but my stash is still quite big. This year is the year that I hope to reduce it down by selling / using a lot of it up. In 2017 I managed to use up 139 items so hoping to continue this into 2018. Happy New Year everyone :j
Thanks for the new thread sstevo, I'll just sign up for the whole of 2018 now , welcome to any newbies (and hello again to the regulars).
I haven't made up a PP list for January but I am definitely on a No Buy month, there is nothing I need at all!
My beauty resolutions for 2018 are to make more effort to use the face masks and hair treatments I have instead of just basic cleanse, tone and moisturise. They will never get UU if I don't use them at all :rotfl:No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018
35 UU / 13 unnecessary ins0 -
Started April 2017 with 196 and finished the year with 143.
I have made a real conscious effort to not over buy because of this thread
I also aimed to reduce my spend when I did purchase and I’m happy with my progress on that. However I’m already bored of my low end face care routine and kind of regret not buying a set I had my eye on during the sales.. so my desire is still there but I didn’t act upon it - I feel like that is a milestone! :j
First UU of 2018:
CoLab dry shampoo 200ml exotic fragrance
Welcome to all the newbies0 -
did this a few times over the years. moved house end of 2017 and got rid of over 100 items.... still not short of anything.
I'm aiming for a hopefully no buy year.
The only things i might need are toothpaste ,foundation, mascara ,bodyspray, toothbrush heads for electric toothbrush.. might have the odd treat as determined by weight loss encentive plan but that's ok :P£365 a year spend challenge - this has included food/clothes/beauty?? who knows where I am
20,000 step a day challenge0
