  • Hi!

I was part of the 2017 challenge but had a few hiccups in the summer so didn't get to my hoped for target. Could I please be put down for £8,000.

    Thank you.

I’m a little disappointed to be honest. People who’ve done the challenge before know I’ve been on a rollercoaster ride with my debt and it’s been a lot lower. Well I checked my online journel and someone had commented ‘clearly you haven’t had your lightbulb moment’.
Trust me when I say no one is disappointed in me running my debt back up again more than I am espically when I have nothing to show for it but I guess I’m annoyed someone feels the need to comment on my life from reading a journal. Anyway rant over!

Well a house has more than one lightbulb! I keep thinking that even if the debt has come back, you're still in a better position than before - who knows how high it could have been if you didn't pay off what you did? And now you know you can do it :)

Thank you for running this challenge :) I'm aiming to skim some cash off the grocery budget this week and I know I've overbudgeted another area so should be able to skim another £15 off that; I'm hoping to end up this month having paid another £50-100 off.

Does anyone use an interactive budget app, like Cleo? I keep seeing adverts for it on FB and Instagram, and it looks good, but wondering if anyone has any experience?

Paid back about 20% last year but really want it done this year. Need to be more proactive this year on the boards to keep myself focused, but like others 2017 was a challenging year for me - but lets do this!!
