Beneficial interest offer

I have roughly £30k beneficial interest and wondering if i can make an offer rather than pay the full £30k?

Even if they try to sell the house im sure they would not get full market and the buyer would make an offer.

Do you think £20k offer would be accepted?

I think there's a good chance they would settle for that, based on our experience.
Where is the money coming from?

money is been offered by a friend and i also have some savings
