If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Holiday
There is one (1) prize of a four (4) night holiday in Cape Town, South Africa and a three (3) night holiday in the Garden Route, South Africa for the winner and up to four (4) companions including but not limited to the following:
· return premium economy direct flights from London Heathrow Airport (“LHR”), to Cape Town International Airport (“CPT”);
· four (4) nights’ accommodation at the One&Only Cape Town hotel (the “One&OnlyHotel”) based on five (5) people sharing three (3) Marina Harbour Rooms, inclusive of one (1) king-size bed or two (2) queen-size beds per room subject to availability, on a bed and breakfast basis;
· one (1) trip from One&Only Hotel to the Grand Africa Beach Bar and Club (the “Beach Bar”) for the winner and their companion(s) inclusive of dinner and drinks at the Beach Bar up to the value of £75 (seventy-five pounds) per person (including service charge) chosen from any available menu at the Beach Bar. Please note that where the winner’s companion(s) is aged under 18 years, an alternative excursion, suitable for under 18’s, will be provided for the winner and their companion(s);
· three (3) nights’ accommodation at The Garden Route Game Lodge (the “Game Lodge”) based on five (5) people sharing three (3) Family Lodge Rooms on a half board basis inclusive of breakfast and dinner;
· one (1) Guided Game Drive experience for the winner and their companion(s) whilst staying at the Game Lodge;
· transfers for the winner and their companion(s) as follows:
o private minibus transfer from CPT to One&Only Hotel;
o private return transfer from One&Only Hotel to the Beach Bar, on a date chosen by the winner during their stay at One&Only Hotel;
o private minibus transfer from One&Only Hotel to the Game Lodge; and
o private minibus transfer from the Game Lodge to CPT.

The prize must be booked and taken up by 30 May 2021 and cannot be taken up in December 2020. The winner must provide the prize provider with at least ninety (90) days’ notice before their intended departure date and specify a minimum of three (3) preferred travel dates, each no less than one (1) month apart from each other.

For the avoidance of doubt, all flights must be booked at the same time, used on the same itinerary. The prize may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash or rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion(s) are available to take the prize on the relevant dates. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

Where the winner’s companion(s) is aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

The winner and their companion(s) must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to South Africa and to ensure that they and their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements of South Africa. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their companion(s) (ii) ensure that themselves and their companion(s) are adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that themselves and their companion(s) adhere to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements of South Africa. The prize excludes ground transport to and from the airport in the UK, any other charges and items not otherwise described above, excursions, attractions, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations.
