We fight any claim issue 2nd Dec 19 at 7:07 PM
Hi all, about 2 years ago I started various claims with Ďwe fight any claimí one success but mostly a waste of time so I washed my hands of them, anyway Iíve now received a letter claiming that Iíve privately received a ppi claim settlement from a credit card and that I now need to pay the fee due to them, Iíve made NO such claims and received nothing from anyone outside of WFAC furthermore the claim number they quoted doesnít match any in my history with them.
Are they just trying it on with me.??? What should I do.??

Complain and ask for evidence. When none arises, refer said complaint to the FCA
    helpful tips
    it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

The letter says they are waiting on confirmation/evidence from the card company........good luck I say it doesn’t exist.
