To those who added the 'Stylish' extension to their Chrome and Firefox browsers to fix the columnwidth issue when the forum was updated in April (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=74151687&postcount=8), there is a report that this extension sends your web browser history data back to a server on the internet. See https://robertheaton.com/2018/07/02/stylish-browser-extension-steals-your-internet-history/ for more details.
That link also suggests an alternative extension 'Stylus' which is based on an earlier version of Stylish before the spyware was added

Using this fix in Firefox. Quite simple to do and has the same effect without anyone spying.

I have just switched to Stylus. It's really easy.
1) Uninstall Stylish
2) Install Stylus (link for Chrome or Firefox)
3) Apply the same file as before0
