Anyone heard that P.O. will no longer take items back to return if they have an ebay prepaid return label?
Just waited an hour in the que, to be told they wound not take it.
Said it was a new policy from last week.
Item new from an ebay electrical store and big and very heavy. Microwave with oven.
How on earth are you meant to return when the label and instructions say take to the P.O.

That is strange Saversue because I took such a parcel to PO last week, it was accepted and not a word was said.

Have found of late every other page is super tiny, does this happen to anyone else?
