Sealed Pot Challenge ~ 11

Hello, just popping in to say am still here, I deliberately haven't counted anything just putting change away on Fridays.

£2.20 potted yesterday - I like to track mine and it's just gone over £30 which isn't loads but I never thought i'd be able to have £30 laying around and not touch it :rotfl:

Have potted some silver coins today, feel like I haven't put anything in for ages.

The other day I potted £30 in notes that I had been paid.As mentioned before,I usually get paid online,but occasionally a customer prefers to pay cash on the day.When I can,I pot these payments.I probably shouldn't have potted this too soon-our eldest chid turns 16 on Wednesday,and so far no presents have been bought :eek:.

I'm not sure if people have lost their mojo or are a bit shy to post Our Sue usually replies to most of us that keeps us chatting, there has been a big hole without her here Hopefully she is on the mend though!

Have been chucking change in as and when I have it, no idea what or how much but the tins are all nice and heavy.

Went on a bit of a blow out shopping trip with my mum yesterday, she has been feeling very low about herself and I deperately needed new jeans (I actually pulled my last pair up and they ripped all round the waist band they are so old! :eek: thankfully I was in the bedroom not out and about :rotfl: ) Made mum take some money out of their savings and we went and bought her some really nice and flattering clothes, for the first time in a very long time, she came out of the changing rooms smiling! I made her go straight back in after she paid and change into them for the day, we got her some really good quality shoes (rather than the horrible cheap ones she keeps buying that do nothing to help her feet) and she spent the whole day beaming and saying how good she felt
I am suffering terribly today with the aftermath (was suffering most of the trip as well!) but it was totally worth it to get her some decent clothes that make her feel good about her self
