All Boxed Up

I ordered a box from this company in October 2018 which didn't arrive. After much chasing, I finally received a response from them, promising that the box would be delivered in the second week of January 2019. It has still not arrived & I am once again failing to receive replies to emails or messages sent through Messenger. I've tweeted them & posted on their FB page with no response. There is no phone number to call them & I don't what to do next. They are only based in East Sussex, not overseas.

Has anyone had this experience with them? I've ordered from them several times before, & they have always been slow but this is extreme!

    How did you pay? Cancel the contract and get a refund.
  • It seems as if we are in the same position , we placed my order last year and I was told that the goods were coming, then I was offered a refund . I accepted the refund but was told that the Director is I’ll and this was early January. No further response , I have sent several emails and contacted them via messenger on Facebook but still no response.

    I too have placed several orders previously and sometimes the delivery period is longer than expected but this is unreasonable and as we paid for the goods the refund should be forthcoming

  • I also ordered the Super Facialist Box back in October 2018. I also got an email saying it would be delivered week commencing 14 January 2019 and I also have not received it. I have emailed twice and had no response. The second email requested a refund and that hasn't happened either. I have now written to their address requesting a refund of my £24.99. I'm beginning to think that maybe All Boxed Up is a 'one-man-band'. If I don't receive a response and/or refund this time I will be contacting my local Trading Standards office.
  • I too am waiting for the Super Facialist box ordered in October 2018. I received an email saying it was being dispatched in January but haven’t received the parcel. An email to them has gone unanswered & I emailed again yesterday. I have placed several orders previously with no problems & communication has been good when there have been (small) delays but this is concerning.
  • I hate to confirm but I think we have all been robbed by this company. I placed an order for 2 superficialist boxes on 7th November. I emailed them in December to ask when they would arrive and was told they were being sent w/c 14th Jan. still no delivery and emails asking for refund ignored and I have emailed them at least 6 times.

    I have been through the same pointless process. When they first started admitting to a ‘delay’ I was promised a £5 voucher to thank me for my patience. Delays are one thing (and usual with them) but this is taking money under false pretences.
    I shall send one last email today warning them that I intend to contact Trading Standards.
    They are still advertising a Mothers’ Day box.
  • Unfortunately I am in the same position as everyone here too. I ordered my Box on the 10th October 2018 for a Christmas present and like everyone else have been fobbed off and now my emails are not answered. I contacted my credit card company to get a refund and was advised my claim had to have been made within 120 days (which was up on the 10th February!).

  • We're having the same issue. My husband ordered a Facialist set in October as a gift for me for Christmas. It didn't arrive for Christmas, but they promised it'd be delivered in January - it still hasn't arrived! He's emailed the company 3 times, but has had no response. I'm not sure how this company is still trading, as it seems to take people's money & give them nothing in return. I ordered a different All Boxed Up set in January & that hasn't arrived yet either.
