Hi Di
That looks good just take all the others off now and they will be easily recognisable.
Does everyone agree with this? We can then refer people back to this. May I also make a suggestion that we do not "quote" with every posting, unless needed. That will also cut down on the length of this FORUM.
Again what do people think. Do you agree or not.:mad:0 -

I have added my above post to Incipience's SAR on first page, so I will delete the above now about the details, is that okay folks?;) Please go back and check.
Anyone want to add anything, in case I missed anything ?
Incipience, your cool at this sort of thing, anything, cheers.
I will then delete everything else not required here. XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Agree about the quotes, unless the post is miles away and needs to be added for relevance.DS1 12/10/04

A legal phrase that allows parties to discuss and negotiate a settlement to a legal claim, without admitting liability. Any documents headed "without prejudice" cannot be used in evidence in any subsequent court case without the permission of both parties.0 -

How to use 'without prejudice' to protect your interests
If what you say in your attempts to settle a dispute (with a customer, supplier or employee, for example) is 'without prejudice', it means what you say can't be used against you if the dispute turns into court proceedings.:j Let him who be deceived ,be deceived:j0
