Donna - oh dear, hope your head is on the mend.
I have been running this morning, about 5 miles, I detest running in the morning but it is convenient time wise, I laboured round the whole run.
B/F 2 x weetabix, s/s milk, 1 slice of fruit toast with flora, 3 (yes 3) coffees.
Lunch - protein shake made with water, greek yoghurt, banana and granola, cup of tea.
Tea - garlic roast chicken, roasties, mashed carrot and swede, gravy.
Snacks - 1 very large orange.
I will dog walk too but it will be a short one really as I have a ton to do, may go on another this evening.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Afternoon all
Congrats on the losses and commiserations others
I have an STS to report - I know it's not enough exercise so must get into doing more and stop procrastinating
I am now thoroughly fed-up with hearing about blasted Hallowe'en and it's not even arrived yet. Absolutely everywhere is consumed by it - I'm sure it never used to be so in your face. Sorry to anyone who's a fan
Hope you all have a super week

Currently still on the train ride from hell. ...so much so that DH is travelling towards me so we can meet when the trains stop and i wont have to sleep on a platform with my bike. ..i am even unable to stress eat as i keep rocking up at places with nothing to eat.
Tomorrow I want veggies and a piece of plain grilled fish in my own home.

I've decided to run later in the day today as my need for coffee was great and I always need the loo when I'm running if I've had too much coffee.
