Hi,

If my partner gave me her Lloyds bank card, can I go into the bank (as a man, her partner) and withdraw £3k cash from her account at a cashier, without her being there?

Or will they spot that I'm a man using a women's account and lock the account?

I know her pin number etc.

I doubt that you could withdraw anything near £3k cash, even with your own bank card, without prior arrangement and questions being asked.

At the very least your partner risks losing her bank account for sharing her PIN in breach of the bank's Ts&Cs.

My partner is on holiday though and phoned me to ask me to withdraw the money to pay off a debt.

What if I call her while at the cashier and have the cashier speak to her to confirm she gives me her permission to make the withdrawal?

Why not use phone or internet banking to transfer the money to you and then you can withdraw in cash if required.
Can the debt not be paid some other way?

No, my partner's account doesn't have telephone or internet banking set up because it's a new account and she hasn't got round to doing it yet.

We're only telling you what the would happen if you did it. Tell you what, why not pop down the bank tomorrow and proceed with your plan. You can then come back on here and tell us how wrong we all are and how smoothly it went.

Why didn't she set it up at the same time as opening the account? Why did she not organise repayment of the debt before going on holiday?

My bank address me by name when I am withdrawing/paying in cash as it shows up on their screen I imagine.

In answer to your question, no, you cannot walk into her bank, with her card and her pin to withdraw 3k.

More than likely the card will be taken off you, her account frozen and a letter waiting for when she comes back from her holiday.
