Coolshop- complaints

Does anyone know a way of contacting Coolshop.com aside from their info@ email address?

I have an issue to resolve with them. My email had an automated response but I've not had a reply from an actual person.

    You do realise that it's a Danish company?

    What's the problem? Someone here might be able to suggest a resolution.

    Why I haven't received a reply to my email?
    Did you receive our auto-reply to your email? Then we are on it!

    If you did not receive one, check that you did not send the email to our noreply address and check also your junk and update email folders.

    interesting timing for the thread.

    I was very close to initiating a chargeback with them, as my email sent to info@ was not responded to, but they did finally respond yesterday, 11 days after my email was sent.

    However they explained the reason for my delayed response which was they had to contact their supplier first, and the response itself was of high quality.

    I can report back here how things go from here if you like, as my response back now requires them to carry out an action and it will be interesting to see if they slow or quick.

    I ordered a Christmas present from them. Hermes sent me someone else's parcel with my Coolshop tracking label on.

    I contacted Coolshop before Christmas to say I'd like a refund as I'd need to order the item from elsewhere (Hermes were no help in locating my actual parcel). The reply I got agreed that made sense and asked for photo evidence of the item with my tracking label being wrong, which I sent.

    The item from Coolshop turned up on 21st December by which time I'd already bought and received it from another company. So I emailed Coolshop asking for a refund but requesting a way of them paying my return postage.

    They haven't replied to my last two emails. I emailed them 10 days ago putting in a formal complaint. Still nothing.

    Chat doesn't work. I've tried it on my phone and on a desktop computer.

    In what way does it not work ?


    Ah its not what I thought it was, its just a way to send them a message rather than what you can do with say Amazon or other firms.
