I know the 2 doors between kitchen and loo rule no longer applies but surely there must be a regulation against having them both in the same room??
Or how about needing to go outside to use the downstairs bathroom?
(see plan) - I know these were common in older properties but seems strange to see it in a refurb.

Goodness! London really is eye-wateringly expensive isn't it? Such a price for a rather run-down terrace.0 -

That's just bizarre. At the very least you'd have thought they could construct a lean to to bridge the gap between the 2 exterior doors.0 -

It's hard to tell from the photos as the layout is virtually identical but I would assume the photo is of the upstairs bathroom.
I would guess when the kitchen was updated, they built the wall which blocked off the bathroom -
as the downstairs bathroom is only a flat root extension but then added or already had the upstairs bathroom and couldn't be bothered to reassign the old extension to different use.0 -

This is a weird house and listing...
* SOLD sign in first photo?! It was last sold 2007 - has a sale fallen though recently? Why take a pic with that in the frame?
* both reception rooms are bedrooms at present - rented out? are there sitting tenants?
* listed as mid-terrace but definitely end of terrace or semi
* Either there is a doorway missed off the plan between the kitchen and hallway, or you also have to go outside to get to the kitchen! :rotfl:
This is weird AF, good findMortgage - £274,000 to pay

Yeah , I noticed the "for sale" sign and the tree has full leaves, unlike the same bare winter tree in the second photo so obviously taken at different times of the year.
And looks like a Christmas tree on the front garden !
Streetview from March 2019 shows it was for sale for Kings Group , a different estate agent. Relisted Nov 2019 with Bairstow Eves after earlier sale with them fell through?
"additional ground floor bathroom currently being used for storage"
No surprise there!0 -
