Hey
Lots of love to CLF, HK and anyone else that needs it.
Busy day at work for me today, and I'm shattered and more than ready for bed after getting only a bit more than 3 hours of sleep tonight.
Not a nsd as I had the stop tap (hate that I can't write c 0 c k) replaced at home. Cost £40 but worth it for peace of mind as winter approaches.
Did weekly shop online as I was spending. Ordered remaining ingredients needed for my home made Christmas gifts. Need to start that this weekend.
Spoke to dd's English teacher re concerns about her grouping - not that reassured but I have a tutor on standby for her if needed. Not mse but not messing with my child's education.
Load of washing done and rubbish and recycling out
Hoovered round
That really is it for tonight. Cuppa and bed for me.
Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control

Evening all
It has rained quite hard all day, but at least no watering is needed in the garden. Not done a great deal, as I had another bad night. Off to the doctor's tomorrow. I feel a bit of a fraud as my cough has improved quite a lot over the weekend, but I shouldn't be sitting up at night with breathing problems. Maybe my medication needs changing or something. Hate being a nuisance - I know how busy they are
Used up last brown banana with my porridge this morning
Went to shop and restocked sales unit. Not many things had sold sadly, so I had to bring some things back. I have still to put them away, though they have made it to the bottom of the second set of stairs!
All food was from home, a sandwich for lunch and some of the hot Chinese pork stuff I made yesterday for dinner. It needed calming down a bit with yogurt, but was very tasty
I have just made a batch of jam with my mostly yellow raspberries, which looks fine, there were enough red ones in the mix to turn it a pretty pink colour.
Also have a loaf in the BM
The latter two jobs were put off because we had a power cut this afternoon for a couple of hours, otherwise I would have done them earlier.
And apart from the usual kitchen tidying etc that is about it!
I haven't spent anything though0 -

Hi Frugalistas,
Am feeling in the MSE zone this morning & it's not raining, so will be able to progress outdoor tasks too.
*Get ham hock into slow cooker.
*Pick tomatoes & chillies.
*Water veg garden.
*Give comfrey bucket a good stir (free plant food)
*Continue knitting sock as need to finish & return to knitting a Christmas gift.
*Finish library book ready for return.
*Sow winter salad seeds.
*Free fitness will be an hour of 'speed garden clearing' & I should easily hit my 7000 step target today.
*Peg out overnight laundry done on cheaper tariff.
*Wash cat's bedding as it's a good drying day, also hand-wash a couple of not too colourfast items.
*Continue several 'use it ups'.
*Peruse recipe books for a couple of new prob veggie meals to cook next week.
*Start jotting down next week's meal plans as freezer is rammed.
*Check for Prolific surveys as I did 5 yesterday.
*Keep checking emails in case solicitor responds re yesterday's business.
*Possibly split some plants to make new free ones but may wait till weekend as one target plant is huge & welded into its pot..... hence a job for Mr F.
*Attempt to mend bra..... anyone who reads my dfw diary will know about that sorry tale!!
*Continue to think about lowest spend, but effective ways I could improve the rubbish shelving in the linen cupboard.
*Make tomorrow's packed lunch.
*Feed sourdough jar.
OK, best crack on. Have a good day, everyone.
