There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms.

If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

Text entries costs £2 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Holiday to the Maldives
There is one (1) prize of a twelve (12) nights’ holiday for the winner and up to four (4) companions to the Maldives including:
· Business return flights from London Heathrow Airport to Dhigali, Maldives with SriLankan Airlines;
· Twelve (12) nights’ accommodation at Dhigali Resort Maldives (the “Resort”) based on five (5) people sharing two (2) Deluxe Beach Bungalows;
· Return private transfers from the airport to the Resort; All inclusive package for five (5) people, which includes:
o Breakfast in the main restaurant;
o Lunch and dinner in any operational outlet of the Resort;
o Complimentary beverages including water, soft drinks, juices, house-pouring beer, a selection of wines and liquors served during all standard operating outlets and bar hours only; and
o non-motorized water sports including standard kayaks, SUP (stand up paddleboards), windsurfing and complimentary snorkelling equipment only.


The prize must be booked and taken up within twelve (12) months of winner confirmation and cannot be taken during the following dates:
· 23 December 2019 to 10 January 2020 (inclusive)
· 01 February 2020 to 29 February 2020 (inclusive)
· 01 April 2020 to 18 April 2020 (inclusive).

Upon booking their trip, the winner and their companions will be bound by and subject to the Prize provider's terms and conditions, which are available at https://www.kuoni.co.uk/terms-conditions.

For the avoidance of doubt, all flights must be booked at the same time, used on the same itinerary. The prize may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash or rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above. The Prize provider will use its best endeavours to ensure availability of the dates, however all elements of the prize are subject to the availability of the Prize provider.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take the prize on the relevant dates. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the Maldives and to ensure that they and their companions adhere to the visa entry requirements of the Maldives. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize provider.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements to the Maldives. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in the Maldives. Particular attention should be given to the travel advice on https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/maldives.

The prize excludes ground transport to and from London Heathrow Airport, any other charges and items not otherwise described above, meals and drinks (other than those specified above) including but not limited to starred menu items, room service (in-villa dining), mini bar, premium pouring brands, private dining experiences and themed evening, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, visas and vaccination.
