    Squirrel? :eek::rotfl:

I thought I would treat Oz at the weekend as it was a Bank Holiday:D

I took some squirrel out of the freezer( turkey mince in this case:rotfl:) and popped it in the hot oven about lunchtime just for 20mins or so.

I took it out about 5 hours later:(

I had a lot of explaining to do to that little cat:o

We have lots of feral cats around here and you couldn't get near them at all. They usually look after themselves in the summer. It's the Winter when they usually need some TLC.
It pulls at my heartstrings when I see the kittens:o

    That's sad.
It waits for me at the same time every night when I go to close the gates.
I did hear it meowing this morning at about 4am.
    We'll see. :(

    Night all.

Mrs Mac, it could be worth posting on the motoring section of the forum.

I was working late tonight so never took my seedlings un before dusk. Just went out to get them, and a huge snail had all but finished one of them.
    RIP snail :(

    Well, I think we've got a stray/wild cat!
It's been around now for a few months.
Just looked for something to feed it and only had a tray of the butchers dog food we had free on cs.
Can't believe how it tucked in...... I never witnessed our cat eating like that ever. :(

Just get a few cans of basic cat food next time you are out - it might be a hungry stray so it will be very desperate for food and it will eat any canned cat food.
It will take months before it gains any trust
One of the butchers dog food trays will be OK but tecnically cats should not eat dog food - their digestive systems are very different.

If you have a local cat protection league they can round up ferals, give them the snip but then they release them back where they came from. At least the kitten issue is lessened
