Haven't even got out of bed yet and I'm irritated.
-The badly behaved cat peed in the laundry basket so all my summer clothes have had to go back in the wash and I'll have to wear jeans today.
-I've pulled a muscle in my leg and have to drag it behind me, quasimodo style
-OH ate all the bread so I can't have toast for breakfast

I agree with you. There is a narrow side road near me where, if these lines are parked on, turning into either direction onto the narrow main road is extremely difficult and precarious.

Just had some random bloke trying to "follow" me on Facebook

I thought my privacy settings were all ok but there is a setting you have to change to ensure randoms can't follow you.

    For anyone interested:

Click on the inverted triangle at the top right of the page and scroll down and click on "Settings".

On the left hand side find "Public Posts" and click on it.

The top setting can be changed from "Public" to "Friends".

Also if anyone you don't want following you does try to, go to their page, next to where it says "Message" there are 3 dots, click that and select "Block"

Some people only exist as examples of what to avoid...

Buying stuff on Amazon it automatically stores your card details.

I have to go into my account after the purchase to delete the details as I don't want them stored online.

Why can't they just give you the option of storing/not storing them?

I was just looking. I've bought two things off Amazon this year, and around 20 off eBay.
For small stuff Amazon always wants post extra, unless you have Prime, which I don't want.
And it doesn't take Paypal, which is nice and easy IMO. Yes I know they're the competition or were or whatever, but get over it. Lots of online stores take it now.
Just make it straightforward and easy with no hidden catches.

I bought that book, with free postage. And the other day I bought something that was 18.99 and it came with free postage.

It depends.......some things are special offers I suppose.

And TBH, I'm getting so I can't be bothered to look, because I reel that it's a sort of rigmarole.
I don't actually mind paying post, it's just that stuff looks cheaper without the post, and it sort of lures you in.

Trying to compare prices on loo rolls. They can be 2 ply or 3 ply, quilted or not. Forest-friendly, recycled, pink, scented, moist.. the size of each sheet isn't the same for every roll. The length of the roll isn't always the same. The number of sheets on a roll isn't the same. It's very annoying.

But when they're walking on the road, and have about 400 yards of line out, does it occur to them that wuffles has the freedom to roam anywhere in that 400 yard radius circle. In the road, across the road, under the artic approaching at 50mph. . .
I've been waiting for it to happen to me for years.
I had it happen to me a bit back. Fortunately a miss.
There is dash cam footage of a very close call on YouTube somewhere (Not my footage though).
Before someone accuses me of being a dog hater, I like dogs.
But dog owners are humans, and I only like some of them.
