You were asking what we spent our SPC spoils on. I bought some new boots today and the rest has gone on Christmas presents. Not got everything but only about £50 to find. Santa hasn’t had a list yet as my son doesn’t know what he wants; he best decide before 24th December :rotfl:

Feel like I'm falling behind with this...silly really I know, but I haven't potted anything physical in days. I do however have my virtual pot on my bank account and I round down every lunch time and that's building up. Should I take the physical money out and pot it so I'm not tempted to use/spend, or should I leave it online? Does anyone else use a virtual SP? All advice welcome as I'm a newbie this year.Changing my Family's Future!! - Starting again!!!!

I have a pingit jar, I round down my bank balance to the nearest pound and put it away each evening. My plan is when it reaches £5 to take it out as cash and put it in the pot, so I'm not likely to use it. I've got 50p to go before the first fiver goes in!Save £12k in 2022 = £3705.97/ £7,500 (49%)

Hi all, may I please join you?
I managed to clear my debts a few years ago after following quite a few of the challenges on here. Next week my finances are going to completely change again meaning a drastic reduction in income.
I will be saving all the leftovers from my grocery envelope and pocket money envelope as this will stop me from spending the entire contents each month! I can then use the sealed pot towards Xmas 2020.
Treated myself to a new tin yesterday, here's crossing fingers that I can fill it up!Make £2020 in 2020 £178.81/£2020

Welcome to you too Barbeduk, sue will also allocate you a number :money:
I have a virtual SP, aimeemum. I have a chip account and a save the change account, both of which I count as part of the SPC. Do whatever makes you more likely to save . What works for you is what’s best
Excellent potting chocolatedrinker. even better that it’s money you found having a tidy up. win-win :T
