If you google the license number (ZA235733) it comes up with a few more results.

Martin promoting Bitcoins again, complete with twitter posts from him saying how great it is.
https://hrsumo.com/debt-free-wannabe-collection-inspiring-true-stories-help-beat-debts-uks-1-money-saving-expert/
It's a particularly bad one as it imitates a page from MSE itself.

EDIT: Odd. A moment ago it was showing a fake MSE page. Now it's showing a fake Mirror page for the same thing.0 -

Same story different link - bizpandaa.com/debt-free-wannabe-collection-inspiring-true-stories-help-beat-debts-uks-1-money-saving-expert/?adset=Adset+1+30+W&adid=ad002&int=noint&gender=W
Appeared as a sponsored post on my Facebook feed (I reported it as a scam).0 -
There is an advertorial appearing on MailOnline app (I saw it this evening when reading the story about Emma Chambers who died yesterday) using a photo of Martin Lewis. The content is flagged From The Web sponsored content by Taboola. The author is Money Saver Report with an article title !!!8220;Bank!!!8217;s can!!!8217;t stop you doing this ...!!!8221;. It links to an article effectively advertising Clever ISA.

Not a fake site but Martin's picture and name are being used on a top banner advert on Yahoo mail for USANewsgroup promting an article about savings for children of $800.
Unless Martin has sold his soul to the adman I think they must be doing something wrong.
If I see it again I will try to get the link.

A forum using cloned MSE forum posts to fill it up. Typically this is done to make the forum look legitimate and well informed, then a scam site adds a few posts about themselves which get glowing reviews, though I couldn't be bothered to go looking for it.
Sample page from the site:
http://wongatalk.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=552
Compare that to this MSE page:

Hi,
When Googling Martin Lewis - this comes up top
https://freepricecompare.com/home-energy/money-saving/?utm_source=mse-ppc&utm_medium=cpc-google&utm_campaign=FPC+-+UK+-+EN+-+Generics+-+Money+Saving+Expert+-+Exact&utm_term=martin lewis&utm_content=Martin+Lewis&h1={h1}&gclid=CjwKCAjwsJ3ZBRBJEiwAtuvtlJ6SyE2fG_dA5LINh4kYfoGp3BSUhGtIkqSU1qloFDaD7BA0r_CCdxoCn9cQAvD_BwE&aff_sub=google&aff_sub2=FPC+-+UK+-+EN+-+Generics+-+Money+Saving+Expert+-+Exact&aff_sub3=Martin+Lewis&aff_sub4=martin lewis&aff_sub5=
They also use his names LOADS on the page, including Money Saving Expert numerous times, It's very confusing. They have also used it in the URL as seen above. Looks like they are trying to boost their ranking on Google by using his name and MoneySAvingExpert
