and a simple question to the BPA , regarding if they are still suspended , and why are they showing as AOS members " a freedom of information request shows that UKPC are banned from DVLA access , upto 30/04/2018 https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/481092/response/1154926/attach/2/FOIR6821%20Anthony%20Jones.pdf?cookie_passthrough=%20%201

please could you confirm if this is still the case , or if access has now been allowed

I note your site update of AOS members , for May shows them as AOS members , is this an oversight? "

resulted in this "Your questions should be directed to the DVLA - I am not prepared to answer them.

They are on our list of members as they are still BPA/AOS members"

how can a company be a member of the BPA AOS scheme , and at the same time be banned from DVLA access

can my auntie vera be a AOS member please ...............

    The request was ...

Please provide information for any AOS member banned by the DVLA
    between 1.1.18 and 30.4.18.

The request shows UKPC from 22/03/18 until ??????? <<< WE DON'T KNOW

However the BPA must be transparent with motorists
    being informed about UKPC.
That's if they are serious about being fair.

Sorry to say the BPA is now a clone of the scam IPC

the BPA website is clearly wrong and misleading , it is physically IMPOSSIBLE for UKPC to issue tickets via ANPR

so I think we can say the information on the site is as much use as a chocolate fireguard

I suppose the BPA don't want to lose face about one of their scammers

    so telling lies is acceptable?

I have yet to work out how a company that is banned from DVLA access can issue tickets by ANPR

They can't unless they use other means and we all know
that the DVLA has other entrances

the DVLA seemed rather quick in stopping data being leaked by ranger services

however this now brings up an interesting point :

a BPA member must not pass on data to a non AOS member

(UKPC) "They are on our list of members as they are still BPA/AOS members"

so , does that infer that AN OTHER can apply for data for UKPS , as UKPC are still members

I somehow do not think I will get a reply for that question if I asked
