    Evening all

Rubbish day and wonder if anyone has knowledge of car insurance claims

You may recall that another driver ran into me in January and the police were passing They accessed the CCTV footage and confirmed I was not to blame

Insurers have now come back with " the police have not responded so we are treating the mater as 50/50"

Aside from my excess I am not to blame and feel this is so unfair

    Any advice welcomed

I have also posted on the Insurance thread

    Thanks

Oh sorry to hear this mrsmac. It does sound unfair. Have you passed on your concerns to the insurance company. Surely they wouldn't want to be paying out on a claim they shouldn't have to. Just wondering who can help...Henrik....you around?

    Well, I think we've got a stray/wild cat!
It's been around now for a few months.
Just looked for something to feed it and only had a tray of the butchers dog food we had free on cs.
Can't believe how it tucked in...... I never witnessed our cat eating like that ever. :(
