Did you sign up to the 'Swagbucks double points for ALL users' deal?

Swagbucks has admitted failing to upload credits to about 2,000 users who took part in the 'double points for ALL users deal' featured on MSE in April and republished in full below. However, it has now pledged to credit all affected users after we stepped in to help users out.

It told us on Fri 29 Jun: "The original upload of credits for the MSE offer on Swagbucks was missing members and we have now identified all of the missing IDs. All remaining credits will therefore be uploaded by Sun 1 Jul. We apologise for the inconvenience."

Read more on our Swagbucks Deals page.

For those thinking of jumping ship, got this morning from Grabpoints (formerly zoombucks)

    Hello,

We have a HUGE announcement for our loyal members. GrabPoints is now the highest paying rewards site in the world!

    1. Highest Payouts in the Rewards Space
We now offer the highest payouts for offer walls, surveys videos and offers in the industry! If you find a higher payout for an offer, let us know and we will beat it! Our research team has scoured the web to bring you the highest payouts.

    Here are some specific examples:

Your Surveys Router - 470 points - NOW 940 points.
Global Test Market - 600 points - NOW 1200 points.
Samplicious Daily Survey Router - 660 points - NOW 1120 points.
Speak Up Daily Survey Router - 375 points - NOW 750 points.
Opinion Capital Survey Router - 487 points - NOW 975 points.
    Opinion World - 500 points - NOW 750 points.
    EngageMeTV / Smores - 5 points - NOW 7 points.

All offer walls have also increased in payouts. When we say everything - we mean EVERYTHING. We dare you to find better payouts!

    2. Decreased Reward Costs
We have decreased the cost for our rewards! Amazon.com was previously 3300 for a $3 gift card. This is now 3000 points. All rewards have decreased.
I don't use Grabpoints, I found it slow and frustrating when it was Zoombucks, but they're clearly trying to pull in more users and you'd probably use the site differently to me. It was even more US based than Swagbucks.

Just trying sportly - just because I might be able to finish a Swago board this time - how does it pay playing videos? It seems to go forever but I can't tell and the square's not ticking either...

Another good one these days is Branded Surveys which used to be mintvine.

    Reduced earnings from apps
Looks like its permanent and affects Canadians too https://www.reddit.com/r/SwagBucks/comments/8yc7ut/has_lifestylz_been_nerfed_for_canadians/
    and probably all non-US users.

This Canadian blog post http://blog.ca.swagbucks.com/2018/07/how-does-watch-work.html suggests it will affect desktop watch too and if you get ads there is a potential of earning more.

I also saw some US users on reddit report that desktop watch has also decreased payout in the last day or two so would expect that soon.

Glad that I just about managed to break even on the phone I bought just for running the apps.

I stopped trying to hit daily target a few weeks ago when I finally realised the pay to effort ratio was not worth it. They've been reducing ways to earn but increasing daily targets at the same time, screw 'em.
