    My birthday is on that horrid commercialised 14th :mad:. I had a big one last year (40 :eek:) and I'm not planning on going out or doing much this year. Maybe just a nice meal cooked by DH and a couple if drinks with some friends in the house.

    I finally started overpaying the mortgage last month :j but still have some interest free debt to pay back so I want to jump back on the NinjaSavingCat and wagon. See you in a few days

    Re cutting back the food budget, I won't reduce dd's foods (gf and df, sigh) but will rein in the rest, and will work out by how much .
