Seems to me that you need to go into BIOS setup to change the Boot Order, in so that the internal HDD is first in line to Boot.
In addition to this, it is unclear as to what you are currently running. It is Windows 7 or 8? I ask, as if you are already running Windows 10, why are you searching for a product key?
Further to this, you may not need a key at all, dependent on the current licencing of the device.
But since you have not posted any of the details of the device, I don't know why you expect to get accurate advice.
There are details on a previous post I did regarding if I should buy a pc for work or not .
What is happening is that I get a black screen with a message " invalid partition label ." This confused me, as I expected to just turn on , and off I go . I did post a couple of updates on Saturday but the thread was getting a lack of interest or everyone was busy . I googled as to what to do , and it seems that the only thing to do was press esc/f12
Sent messages to itzoo with no reply .
When I press esc/f12,it exits boot agent .
I tried legacy boot / uefi boot which takes me to windows boot manager. This is the only option that works . Bios setup etc does not
I have no idea what version of Windows I'm on . I just keep getting messages telling me I "need to activate windows"
Hope this explains things more clearly ..0 -

Just received a confirmation from info@hulkapps.com
If you keep contracting the wrong actors you will start getting calls from the various 'Microsoft helpdesks' in India or somewhere like that, and they could charge you hundreds for 'fixing' your problem.

I'd be suspicious of this, because it is not ITZoo. Hulkapps are more sales, marketing web type stuff.

I guess OP is referring to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l40iZwGMQOc.
According to Microsoft, some installations of Windows 10 do require a physical produce key: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/12440/windows-10-activate.0 -

Yes! That's the one
It didn't work when I tried many many times.
I could only get this far if I pressed f12 etc and got to windows boot manager . .0 -
Lets sort your first problem out first (having to press F12)
What is the make and model of the computer ?0 -

That's an oddity. What happens if you don't press f12?0
