Kazza242's thread also used to be a good source of this information but hasn't been updated for three months now - it may still be a useful pointer to providers who are worth investigating, even if the accounts themselves have been superseded.

You're perhaps making a deliberate (and legitimate) point that there's more to ISAs than cash ones but I certainly formed the impression that OP was looking to transfer into a cash product, not least because I'm not aware of any S&S ISA provider that doesn't permit transfers in, whereas that's much more commonplace in the cash environment (where the providers themselves have to fork out the interest and therefore have an incentive to restrict their exposure).
