    sorry to double post...can anyone help with the syns for ground flaxseed and extra virgin coconut oil?

    also dolmio chicken tray bake pouches (sun dried tomato one)?


    Flaxseed/linseed is 6 syns per 25g,

    coconut oil is 2 syns per level tsp,

    Dolmio chicken bake (sun dried tomato and basil is 11.5 syns per 150g pouch.

    On a serious note there is loads you can do to help yourself?
    • Can you increase your income
    • Can you reduce you outgoings
    • Have you joined the Elite
    • Just buy what you need - or what is free :D
    • Have you thought about getting some CBT to help stop you worrying.

  • Scales are saying I have lost 4lbs in 5 days.Was 14 st 1,now 13st 11. I am rather sceptical,although I have done quite a bit of jogging....
    I shall continue with the SW and no more Bombay Mix for me!
