"Be mindful your eBay options are not infinite, but a specific length of time."
I know.
Wasn't even aware of BBT until early this year, when a colleague asked if I watched it because it was my kind of humour. When I told him I hadn't he lent me series 1-5, which I watched and liked, I then bought 6-8, then 9.
Found S10 on eBay and just bought it, never actually watched it when broadcast, therefor no idea what series they're up to.0 -
PS, I know now what series they're up to, and that S10 isn't due for release 'til Oct.0

Which isn't remotely relevant to my post, but there you are.
You can either take the high ground or get your money and then pursue it. But if you choose the high ground, you need to do it quickly.0 -
"You can either take the high ground or get your money "
I will do both.0 -
Report them to ebay (using the 'report item' button on the item page) and giving the reason as 'suspected bootleg copy' or 'breach of copyright'.
Open a claim and you'll get your money back.
Possibly you've already done both, but just in case not...(and I too buy DVDs on ebay).0 -

Pun, that is what I intend to do.0

"What high ground are you wanting? All of the seller's items removed?"
Yes, he is selling multiple copies of various DVDs.0 -

You can fight your battle for your money back (and win). You won't get a seller's items removed.
Take your money and then fight your case with the relevant authorities (depending on which legislative jurisdiction they are under) but don't think the seller won't continue or reappear, unfortunately that is the online marketplace.0
