So pleased for you JTS x
    Welcome home AJ x

Waiting in the queue on my daily yogurt run this morning. Lady in front of me bought a little lamp, round red base with a cylindrical red shade. It scanned at 60p.
Felt very proud of myself as the place was stacked to the rafters with boxes of their posh mince pies reduced to 10p and I did not buy any, I do not need them.

Just to report when I bought the Am4zon £50 in M the other day, for 6250 points, I noticed I had a 4000More bonus in my email if I opted in and spent £40. In theory according to tandcs these don't work on gift cards, in practice I have received the bonus :).

Can I ask if anyone has had cupping therapy/ hijama therapy please?
Mum has seen it on loose women and has asked me to look into it for her.
I have found a local clinic at £30 A session but wondered if anyone has had it done?

    Tia, sorry for random question!

My friend had it and it didn't do any good but scarred her skin....it makes a vacuum which brings the blood to the surface and makes a bruise/blood blister.
They say it increases circulation but I think you should avoid it xx

No as I haven’t been in since they were generated. No reason to think they wouldn’t work though.

    I used my £5 bean voucher to buy a M&S £50.
Paid £45 and points were on my receipt as expected.

    Night again.....
