Can I ask if anyone has had cupping therapy/ hijama therapy please?
Mum has seen it on loose women and has asked me to look into it for her.
I have found a local clinic at £30 A session but wondered if anyone has had it done?

    Tia, sorry for random question!

I will have to google them:)

    I have.
It apparently aids arthritis, circulation, migraines and loads of other ailments!
The celebs seem to go for it.
    It's an old remedy......

If anyone has a successful Corner Shop in the morning I'd be grateful for a nod.
    TIA

not very successful on glitch/womble/yellow sticker, shopping app front

asdas twice today with proper attitude the 2nd time - dunno how well the next voucher will go down - it will only be my 5th for the month and total apg value as around £22. :(
no cider in asda. Yellow stickers were poor later at night and not cheap enough for me early on. no wombles

tried Tesco in town for bol pot - none so went to next size up. they had the range but not the ones in the deal. Neither Tesco had choco moments. I did get 10p pork pies

Went into morries cause yellow stickers can be good mid week. Got none and as leaving saw a couple with 2 trolleys full .leave none for others. I'm working next week till 645 on wed so hopefully should beat them to it. all i ever take is a couple of bits anyway

Did pick up some nice coffee but realised need a caffetre so will prob take back

Dinner ended up including eat smart beans - sooo aweful lol would rather have smart price/saver/value range

on the plus side my fitbit steps look good :P

Can I ask what the cider offer is please ma right.
I'll leave that one in! :rotfl:

Cancer Research shop now has the Cotton Traders rugby shirts in. Could be nation wide.
Got a lovely one with lots of flags on it for £3.50 (bit dearer than Red Cross £1.99) but for a brand new with tags rugby shirt :T

I can’t be completely sure because it was a few years ago now but I’m pretty sure it was chest pains and breathing probs. He’d tried the cupping and was ill the next day
