Apologies if this is not the correct forum but I'm concerned that since my divorce, my 2 children's Government Child Tax Fund has been moved without my consent to a different provider.

My kids know nothing about it and when I contacted the bank to inquire about adding money to the accounts, I was told that they have no record of them - I'm now very worried that my ex has moved the accounts including money that I had paid in for her own use. Is she allowed to do this?
