I've had a successful PPI claim from Lloyds they have deducted tax I understand why but my question is can i reclaim it. I'm currently looking for work and on JSA so I'm not sure how it works. I've told jsa about my success and because it's under 6k they said all was OK my claim isn't affected. Any info gratefully appreciated.

There is a form to reclaim tax on interest, R40 maybe I can't remember. You won't need to pay interest as a lower rate tax payer unless you're over £1000 of combined interest from this and savings0
