REMO- New Zealand

Hi, does anybody have experience dealing with the New Zealand csa?
An order was made in this country for £400 per month to be paid and was sent to the nz courts. When they finally took him to court the judge decided to reduce it to just £40 a month 😳
In the last 7 years I’ve received 2 payments of approx £200, the last being 2 years ago. I keep asking them why he isn’t paying and I keep being told they are taking steps but won’t provide any details to protect him with regards to data protection etc.
Should they be taking court action by now as that is an option they use to recover outstanding payments when checking their website. He’s self employed there and has been in trouble with the inland revenue over taxes. Anybody else been in this position and can you advise? Thanks
