    Morning,

I've added you both to the list.

    Good luck x
  • Morning,

Chicken salad for me today, using left over chicken from last night and I have some reduced coleslaw to finish off too.

    4/20 today please.

Pork marinated in spices, with broccoli carrots and cauliflower in a cheese sauce today. Wasn't sure if the spicy pork would work but it does, it's currently on offer in Lidl.

Brought lunch (and dinner) in yesterday & today. I was up cooking it at 7 this morning but considering I've only been at home for sleeping in the past two days and will be out over the weekend, I'm not doing too badly and have my lunch packed for tomorrow already.

    2/2 so far.

4/4 so far. Going well so long as I stay organised. Have a couple of days off now so I can cook some more leftovers.

    5/20 for me today please.

Had a bit of a cooking frenzy yesterday, more-so for diet reasons as I'm not loosing weight as regularly as I'd hoped.

So this weeks lunches will be a combination of lasagne, thai chicken noodle broth and Russian salad (ensalada Rusa).

It's quite easy to make, tuna, egg, potato, veggies (I use red pepper and onion), mayo, lemon juice and a sprinkling of paprika over the top. Salt & pepper to taste.
