    Well, we've got a goodnight thread so let's have a good morning one as well.

    Good morning everybody
    Me and the dog have had our morning constitutional and shortly I shall be venturing forth to the big Tesco to do my fortnightly shop. When I get home I've got 3 hours work related admin and paperwork to do

    The weather here is a bit nippy but at least there's no fog.

    I'm quite shocked I remembered my login

    I got my flu jab up my nose so think yourself lucky

    I am now the heaviest that I have ever been @ 21.5kg all down to Dad not being able to walk me as much

    Oooh Duncan, was that the kennel cough jab? Bailie had kennel cough and it lasted for ages.

    Bailie is also struggling with her weight due to her ongoing RSI to her right front leg, she's put on 5kg

    I think I have broken Dad, I was chasing something yesterday and pulled him over
    He now has a very sore shoulder and seems to be groaning in pain a lot
