Something to do with triangles and symbols, apparently.

Don't knock it,I get rid of his nibs at least 2 nights a month and I get to take the mickey out of him about it to boot!

Although it does mean I get invited to ladies nights at the lodge and the other wives try to arrange get togethers 😱

I'm intrigued. What is 'Masonic language'?

As easy example is Yours Sincerely
    rather than Yours sincerely

Not the biggest of deals, but one might wonder why someone who's job includes typing a valediction gets it wrong repeatedly.

    Wow!
I'm not sure I'd even have noticed that.

Is using a capital 'S' instead of a lower one really an indication of Masonic language?

No, it's just an indication of someone Who's Instinct Is To Capitalise Every Word. ;)

And that then becomes the default valediction in a letter template. :)

The OP was having trouble with FU a while ago:

So are we to now assume that even Resolver failed to resolve the OP's complaint to the OP's satisfaction too?

    Well, yes.
    But according to the OP:

At every stage, via Resolver, the response was the same and from the same named person. At the end First Utility sent me a Masonic unsigned letter, from apparently the same named person.

Never used Resolver so no idea if this is normal.
