Scottish power. 18th Sep 19 at 6:16 PM
As a former extra energy customer who’s in credit account was taken over by Scottish power after its collapse, I am now being warned a credit default is about to be registered against me.
Has anyone else been chased for money by them, they have all my details except any knowledge of the credit balance. Surely threatening someone using flawed information is at the least professionally embarrassing .

What makes you believe the account was in credit?
Do you have statement supporting this?

Yes Gary I have a final statement from extra energy showing the credit balance and am assured by them that Scottish power has had well over six weeks to apply this to my account with them

So what did Scottish Power say about it when you were warned about the default?
