    I have had two tills refuse to take apgs in oct alone plus listened to all the general moaning and excuses so using the apgs takes forever .
    Rather than just getting on with processing valid apgs on the system which shows this validity the staff look for fault and make excuses up and in many cases outright lies .

    These are the hurdles or barriers to using apg,s which are just some of many.... which are very evident from staff .

    On rare occasions when a competant staff member WANTS to process the apg,s and then before totaling up asks you "Do you have any more to add" which has only happened once...... ...it was like a night and day customer service experience .

    Management has alot to do with all this negativity they dont want people using apg,s no matter what carp is said publicly .
    By the time this negativity filters down to the coal face at the tills many customers using them get tarred

    If you agree with all this subversive carry on or not it doesnt really matter.

    As it is.... if your a APG player .... not alot you can do except listen to the staff negativity.

    One option is just to use another isle or another Asda supermarket with different supervisors .and/or shop timings .

    I imagine as soon as the economy changes in time the big 4 will come up with another system of advertising compettition to try and gain a market edge
    Without competition the public is in trouble from these controlling supermarkets just as in energy or banking markets .
